- Platform Role: Farodash is a technology platform connecting users with independent restaurants. We are not the seller of food items and are not liable for food quality, preparation, or safety—that responsibility lies with Restaurant Partners.
- Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Platform. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.
- Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for the actions or omissions of Restaurant Partners, Delivery Partners, or other third parties.
- Allergies & Dietary Needs: While we facilitate communication of dietary restrictions, ultimate responsibility for food safety and allergen management rests with restaurants and users.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farodash's total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the liability.
